Build Your Server Now

Questions About The Datacenters? You’ve come to the right place.
With six state-of-the art data centers located in Dallas and Houston, we provide an On Demand IT Infrastructure backed by complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity and security.

The Datacenter

Your dedicated servers are housed in 155,000 square feet of data center space, with an additional 12,000 square feet of expansion capability. Each facility is equipped to handle any challenge based on these unique advantages:
  • Secure data centers are monitored 24x7 to ensure your servers are always safe
  • N+1 power generator architecture
  • N+2 redundant data center HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems
  • Advanced fire suppression systems to keep any fires localized
  • Preventive maintenance meets or exceeds manufacturers recommended practices, and is performed regularly by highly trained personnel

Physical Security for the Datacenters
Access to the data centers is constantly protected and monitored. Two authentication checkpoints must be passed in order to gain entry into the data center. A security badge is required for entry and exit on all data center doors in the building. Security personnel patrols the data center and facility regularly, plus motion-sensitive security cameras placed strategically throughout the data center track all activity.

You have just learned about the physical security at the data centers. In addition, many things are in place to protect the network as well. Learn more about network security here.

Fully Redundant Power for the Data Centers
Power is of the upmost importance for any data center. Without power, everything shuts down. That is why we deliver complete redundancy in supplying data center power to servers, heating systems, ventilation systems, and air conditioning systems. If any of the data centers were to experience a power disruption for any reason, you're covered. That's because we have a complete power management system, including backup generators in the unlikely event that normal power supplies fail.
